OBEY Clothing offers a straightforward return process for items purchased through our online store within 30 days of the original delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
